We use an ethically sourced Nicaraguan pressed cocoa butter, bursting with natural, unique & complex flavours, pairing it with coconut milk making it entirely dairy free! Inspired by Rachel, the resident vegan member of J.Cocoa, this chocolate magically disappears whenever she's in the factory. But who can blame her, as this chocolate is a huge hit with everyone. We handcraft, refine & conch our coconut white chocolate over 72 hours before we temper, mould & package ready for you to enjoy. All from our little factory in Hassocks, West Sussex.
