Created after numerous intense & headache inducing coffee & cocoa bean pairing sessions with our friends at Horsham Coffee Roaster, we finally settled on this delicious combination. Using the finest ethically sourced cocoa beans & expertly roasted coffee, we sustainably handcraft our chocolate from bean to bar in Hassocks, West Sussex. We carefully roast, stone grind & conch our chocolate developing its complex flavours before being packaged & enjoyed.
