Without this chocolate & some nudging by Bond St Coffee in Brighton who wanted it for their hot chocolate, J.Cocoa may never have been born. Using the finest ethically sourced Nicaraguan cocoa beans, we handcraft this chocolate from bean to bar in Hassocks, West Sussex. We carefully roast, crack, grade, winnow, stone grind & conch these single region beans into, chocolate developing natural, unique & complex flavours.
