Using the finest ethically sourced Nicaraguan cocoa beans, we handcraft this chocolate from bean to bar in Hassocks, West Sussex. We carefully roast, crack, grade, winnow, stone grind & conch these single region beans into, chocolate developing natural, unique & complex flavours.
