Award winning smooth bean to bar milk chocolate with a naturally rich yet fruity flavour created using Trinitario Nicalizo cocoa beans grown in the tropical forests of the northern mountains of Nicaragua.

(Min 18% milk solids - Min 55% cocoa solids)

The Nicalizo variety was determined to be a Heirloom Cocoa by the Heirloom Cacao Preservation (HCP) initiative. Heirloom beans are distinctive in their characteristics and present special/unusual but well-balanced flavours, produced through the beans genetics, terroir, and post-harvest processing.
In September 2015, the International Cocoa Organisation recognised Nicaragua as a 100% Fine Cocoa Origin. Only 9 countries in the world are recognised as such.
